Shannon M. Underwood

Shannon grew up in Colorado and attended the University of Colorado, Boulder for both undergrad and law school, graduating in 2001. She has practiced exclusively in the area of immigration law since then and has worked for both private firms and non-profit organizations throughout her career.

Shannon relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2002 and resided in Seattle until she relocated to Dakar, Senegal from 2018-2023. She has returned to Seattle where she resides with her children and pets. Shannon loves to play soccer and tennis, travel, and is involved in animal rescue.

Shannon is admitted to the Washington and Colorado Bar Associations, the U.S Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Shannon’s immigration law career began in law school when she interned for non-profit immigration organizations including the Florence Immigrant and Refugee Rights Project (FIRRP) in Arizona and the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMAIN) in Colorado.

Shannon is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has served on numerous local and national committees for the organization including the Washington State Chapter’s Executive Committee from 2004 to 2007.

Shannon also served as an International Legal Consultant for the International Organization for Migration in Cairo, Egypt.

Erin T. Hall

Erin was born and raised in Washington State and lives in Seattle.  She graduated in 2003 from Seattle University School of Law also holds a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law.  Erin loves to travel, hike, kayak, and spend time exploring the outdoors with her family and her dog. 

Erin has been a partner at Global Justice Law Group, PLLC since 2010. She is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.   Her practice includes immigration law as well as limited criminal defense.  She has represented clients before the immigration courts and USCIS in Washington, Alaska, Oregon, California, Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Florida, and Virginia.

Erin is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, where she has sat on the Executive Committee for the Washington Chapter and has been the chair of the ICE and EOIR (Immigration Court) liaison committees for AILA Washington for several years.  Erin has also spoken at local, state, regional and national immigration conferences on various immigration topics, most recently at the 2023 American Immigration Lawyers Association national conference in 2023.  Erin also volunteers through AILA and other local organizations at immigration and citizenship clinics throughout the year.

Delsy Gaslac

Bilingual Legal Assistant

Delsy has been with Global Justice Law Group since December 2016.  She was born and raised in Peru where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Education specializing in Foreign Languages at Pedro Ruiz Gallo National University, Lambayeque, Peru.  Delsy came to the United States in 2011 through and exchange program. She is fluent in English and Spanish and also speaks French.

Adriana Dlhovo

Bilingual Legal Assistant

Adriana has worked in the field of immigration law since 2019. She was born and raised in Houston, Texas and is fluent in English and Spanish. Adriana also speaks Portuguese. 

Estefania Medina

Administrative Assistant/Front Desk

Estefania joined Global Justice Law Group in 2025. She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, and Public Policy and her Master’s degree in Policy Studies from the University of Washington Bothell. She is also a certified paralegal with a strong background in community advocacy and legal support. Estefania has worked closely with immigrant and low-income families through El Centro de la Raza’s legal clinics, providing interpretation and client assistance.

Born in Mexico City, Estefania is fluent in English and Spanish and is passionate about creating equitable access to justice. She plans to pursue a law degree with a focus on constitutional law. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time gardening both indoors and outdoors and building LEGO sets as a creative outlet.

Andres Monsalvo

Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Andres was born in Mexico and relocated to Seattle as an adult. He graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico with a degree in English. He is fluent in English, Spanish and has advanced language skills in Italian.
